Back for its 21st year, the State of Jefferson BrewFest comes down the hill to Dunsmuir.  A thirsty crowd showed up to quaff micro-brews from around the Northwest.  The brewers were eager to have everyone sample their wares and the patrons were willing participants.  I think Ninkasi was my favorite with Lagunitas a close second.

Revelers were regaled with music from the main stage throughout the day and into the night.  Soda Creek started things off with great renditions of covers you don’t hear many bands attempt.  But they pulled them off with aplomb.  Double Chief was up next with their rocking originals with a reggae back beat.  Jeremy Price on the bass was just thumpin’ with a very large sound.  SlapShoeFly brought out the dancers ( or maybe it was the micro-brews) and closed out the evening with their upbeat sound.
